I want to receive automatic VAT bills, how do i go about it?

I have to ring or live chat every couple of months to get a bill with VAT details for my small business, why can you not just generate a bill with it already on, on the bottom, it always says THIS IS NOT A VAT INVOICE!?

Not that I need it but mine says "not a vat invoice" too....

No, it just says VAT (not VAT invoice) and gives me a VAT breakdown, but still says "this is not a VAT invoice"

I've had vat bills for the last 4 months so I can only think they are changing the system gradually. I have never requested a vat invoice as I have no need for them.

Mine say the same as Mi5, 'This is not a VAT invoice', though I am supposed to receive paper VAT invoices when the posties can be bothered to deliver them.

I think as jonsie says it must be something they are phasing in ....some have it showing already...?

Just a quick question, are you on O2 Refresh? They can produce an automatic one each month for your Airtime, however if you're wanting one for your Phone Plan you have to request one each month as it's a Credit Agreement and can't be done as a recurring one. Hope this helps! MrTomes

I understood the OP to be on a business contract when initially reading the post but I suppose running a small business could mean he's on a consumer contract.
