I want to receive automatic VAT bills, how do i go about it?

I have to ring or live chat every couple of months to get a bill with VAT details for my small business, why can you not just generate a bill with it already on, on the bottom, it always says THIS IS NOT A VAT INVOICE!?

yes, am just on a consumer account as only a freelancer, i rang up and they said they can generate them automatically and change the settings for me for future bills so hopefully it is resolved, so if people need them then i suggest ringing them and asking them to include it automatically, otherwise you just get the standard "this is not a VAT invoice' vat invoices must only be automatically available to business users.

Fingers crossed for you then. It's weird though as I have never requested a vat bill and the system was changed automatically for me.
