I received many txt from online Surveys..they charged for every txt money..last time I had 18£ more to my contract.
Please how I can stop

Hi..
Last time assistant from live chat help me.
But again I recived txt and charges but now live chat it's close and nobody pick up o2 customer line.
Please How to stop this extra charges
