I’ve ordered a sim

Hey guys, so I’ve ordered a pay monthly sim but I was wanting it to be an esim! I’m currently with three and they’re really bad so I’ve decided on an esim option, the only problem being is that you don’t get an esim option when ordering, I suppose my question is will the esim QR code come with the psychical sim that I’ve ordered?

I’ve got the esim now but it’s saying no service, I’ve reset network settings and it’s still not doing anything. iPhone XS max & unlocked I’ve put the plastic sim in and it says o2 UK but that’s not the one I need working, unfortunately three uk don’t offer esim this is why I’ve got a o2 esim.. any help on how to get this working would be great

Have you followed the instructions to activate it @Crossey ?

It may need 24 to 48 hours to come online if so.

Keep checking and rebooting.
