My Online Bill - HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all, im sorry if im being thick here but i recently upgraded to a new phone.. 

To my understanding when i was chatting to an online adviser getting it all set up that for getting a new device it was only costing me rougly £2 extra a month which i was more than happy with..

Payment due on 2nd May 2020

Payment due on 2nd May 2020

Does that mean my total bill i pay now on the 2nd of May is £65.08???????

When i sign into my o2 app on my phone it says my April bill is £42.74 and has the option "make payment"

Im so confused....

I was lead to believe my bill was going to be in arounf £40 odd a month.. NOT £65.. 

Think im gona vomit!!!!!!!

Guide: How does O2 Refresh work? 

If this is a new contract, there may be something left to pay from your old contract

If your bill is showing £42.74, then thats the total payment.

It sounds like there was an outstanding amount from the upgrade.

Your next months bill will be at the agreed tariff.

Airtime and device plan payments are separate.

If you have a device plan to pay it will say so next to your airtime payment.
