I use face recognition and a pin but have forgot my pin and can't unlock phone

Is there another solution to opening my phone as going onto the o2 site I have to put in a code they send to my phone to verify it's me getting onto my account!

If it's an android phone, keep entering a pin around 10 times and phone will give you the option to reset with your google account.
