I have recently had my O2 sim replaced and have set up my voicemail but I cant retrive messages.

The voicemail seems to work from the caller perspective but when I call 901 I get the message "No new messages"

Ah - probably one of the first set of codes in the 901 Voicemail guide attached further up this thread:

 

Turning on VM
Dial 1750 and press send
Turning off VM
Dial 1760 and press send

Ive tried looking at the guide to voicemail but that doesn't seem to help

One more thing you might try, while you wait for the O2 Social Media Team to respond, @PaulS2 - call your mobile from another phone and leave yourself a message.

Then listen to it via 901 and delete it on your mobile. This should reset any stuck notification. Hope that sorts it for you.

Did calling your mobile from another phone help at all, @PaulS2?
