I have recently had my O2 sim replaced and have set up my voicemail but I cant retrive messages.

The voicemail seems to work from the caller perspective but when I call 901 I get the message "No new messages"

Keyed in a code to switch it off and then another to turn it back on !!!!!

Ive tried looking at the guide to voicemail but that doesn't seem to help
