I have been over charged by scam phone number since I join o2 in 2020 from June.
I have never use this number. I have join o2 to save money because i don't use my mobile.

That number is when your phone converts an SMS message to MMS because you have entered a subject line in your text message.
Either that or you sent a SMS as an email. Again because of the subject line.

You should also ring Customer Service and ask them to place the following bars on your account:
Bar all Direct to bill debits
Bar Premium rate numbers
Veritas Numquam Perit
