I am a the final stage of purchasing a mobile I have been watching for some time and it keeps coming up

Many people are having problems accessing MyO2 and various systems today. Try again tomorrow and if no joy then contact cs as advised above wink

Check your address is correct including postcode and check card details match your registered address etc.

As we now know, most of the O2 site was having major problems yesterday so lets hope it's all fixed today..

Have you tried clearing browser cache and cookies and starting over?

If that doesn't work, call CS or pop into your local store.

I ordered online Tuesday and it all went through fine.

Tried different computers, browsers etc....clearly a fault at o2's end
