I Have a Family & Friends Code via My O2 Open Discount but don’t know how to apply it for my wife

I have an O2 Open discount via my employer and on My O2 Open Account page I can see a Family & Friends code which says “

Family and Friends

Treat a loved one to up to 25% off their Airtime Plan, for 24 months.

Your Code : xxxxxxxxxx“. 

But I don’t know how to get this code applied to my wife’s account so she can get the discount. There are no instructions apart from a reference to the O2 Open Terms & Conditions and that doesn’t say anything about Family & Friends codes.

How do I get the Family & Friends code applied for my wife, and is the code a one time use only or can it be used by other family members? Thanks.

The link for the F&F website on the Community  instructions page (https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/O2-Open-amp-Friends-and-Family-discounts-H... and this link http://www.o2justforyou.co.uk/) comes up as site unavailable - actually not active, so the instructions are not up to date. 

I’m trying the text LOYALTY to 21500 route; awaiting replies on that. 

However, I found this snippet on the O2 Open help page which is pertinent “

Once you’ve signed up to O2 Open, you’ll see two codes on your log in portal. You can share these with your family and friends, so they can claim a 25% discount on their O2 Refresh Airtime Plan, for 24 months. Just bear in mind that you’ll only get the codes if you sign up or upgrade on O2 Open from 17 May 2018.

I actually only see one code on the portal. I can give that to my wife but again there’s no clue what she would do with the code?

Any more clues?

The instructions are fully up to date. The justforyou site is for O2 employees (your friend or family member) to register your details on as indicated in the guide.

You need to text LOYALTY to 21500 as you have done and await a response, then follow the instructions in the texts you get back, but also, as indicated, it can only be applied to upgrades or new contracts within 28 days of starting.

Thanks to @EmilieT I've received some further clarification on this.

There is a new F&F offer currently running for current O2 Open customers.

For Friends & Family - new and existing O2 Open customers will be able to access two Family & Friends codes through the O2 Open Portal giving a discount of up to 25% off airtime on an O2 Refresh airtime contract. Customers can access their codes via MyO2Open <https://accounts.o2.co.uk/auth?sendTo=https://identity.o2.co.uk/openidconnect/authorise?context_them...> site and share with their friends and family.

To use the friends and family voucher the customer will need to copy the voucher code into the voucher code box on the O2 website during their purchase journey or by quoting it to a voice advisor. Please note - discounts will not be compatible with any other airtime offers. All voucher codes must be used within 28 days of purchasing a new or upgrading O2 Refresh contract.
This offer is not available through stores.

Customers passing on the O2 Open Code to a family member need to be aware that the code can only be added on at point of upgrade or new connection as per statement above.
