I CAN NOT VIEW MY ONLING BILL

O2 double charged me last month, and i can not view my onling bill

when i Sign in my account ,and click my billing it always come out

"Billing system currently unavailable 

 

The information contained here is temporarily unavailable as we are updating our billing system. You can still use the other features as normal, We'll have everything else up and running shortly. In the meantime we apologise for any inconvenience caused."

 

please help .

Try again this morning. My O2 goes offline every night around midnight to update.

When you say double billed are you on Refresh? There will be two payments, one for the handset agreement and one for the airtime. These should add up to your monthly tariff unless it's your first bill which will be slightly more.
