How to use my O2 account to view specific contract on another account.

I'm 16, on a pay monthly contract that is under my stepmom's account. 

I want to use the 'My O2' app to video my remaining balances in terms of minutes, texts & data.

is there any way that I can log into the account to view my phone only on a separate account?

Hi @Anonymous As the contract is in your relatives name... only she can view anything in My O2

If she allows you to do this, she may give you the details to log in. It's up to her really

No the two cannot be separated unless you cancel your contract and take a new one in your own name when you are 18.

Just to add... there are many things you can do via the My O2 app. So by giving you access your stepmum may be laying herself open to other charges you may make. This is why she really needs to trust what you intend to do if she gives you access. (I have been in a similar situation so know why she may have concerns)
