You can only get your PAC by calling customer service on 4445 I'm afraid.

They wouldn't give me mine because I couldn't remember when I last topped up. Having the sim card number was no help. I'm really piffed off with O2 now

Makes sense as you could have just found the sim card.
Passing the security checks are a minimum requirement for any account changes.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Sorry for hijacking this thread with my rant...but screw that I'm changing providers. My PAYG sim card is faulty, so I can't call 4445 and I'm not paying 25p per minute to get a PAC code... and what happened to email support? Bye bye O2, you suck. In the words of Darth Vader: "You have failed me for the last time"
END OF RANT

You can call into any o2 store and get a free replacement sim.
Don't move to EE as they charge you £10 for replacement PAYG sim cards!
