I’m just joining O2 and just received an email from them telling me my SIM is on the way. I told them my number and pac code so was surprised to see the wrong number being quoted to me. How do I contact them to get this sorted?

This is normal, as the sim comes with temporary number, until your number ports across, as surprisingly it doesnt happen until you get the sim, incase somat happens with the royal fail postal service.
Every UK network does it this way..
