How to cancel a contract??

I need help in being able to end my contract. Why cant I walk into the store and cancel it? the same store that started the contract?? i cant call anyone as o2 service is down, cant talk to anyone live? This is stupid

You do need to call them or use snail mail.

thanks for the reply. so just had a read and it says writing a letter?? its 2018 lol why isnt there a simple option on My o2? i still dont get the fact that you can walk into any store and walk out with a contract yet you can walk in to cancel even though is paid off?

That's how O2 want it done. Guess it looks bad someone going instore and cancelling a contract in front of other customers? Mind you, after today they would be queuing round the block.
