I placed an order on 15 August and chose to collect it from my local store. I paid for it online using my debit card.
The order number (ms-xxxxxxxxx) appeared on the website, I made a note of it.
No email has been sent to confirm the order and no text message has been received.
Four days later, the order still isn't appearing on my orders:

How long does it usually take to be acknowledged by the website?

It should be showing some sort of status by now. Has the money left your account?
Best option is to try and call customer service. I don't recommend live chat for this.

My recent upgrade order appeared within a few minutes - it wasn't updated until it was shipped and the tracking info was available. Maybe there has been an issue with the order, stock, failed credit check etc so maybe the OP should give CS a call.
