Completed an uprade over the phone ((Click and collect order)) and they promised to deliver to the store on 29/01/2025 . However the order was stuck to in process - status in transit.
No one can confirm to me where the phone is at the moment and abit worrying . Even left work early to get to O2 on time. Call centres aren't really helping . What should the next course of action be ?
