Just set up new phone on big talker tariff. Should have 3000 free texts after topping up but am still paying for them. Any clues what to do?

The big bundle tariff might suit you better as you get 1000 any network texts, but you don't keep your £10 top up.
You'll have to work out which is cheaper for you.

Glad you're sorted but you are supposed to mark the answer that solved the problem, not your own, lol.

It would definitely help others and please take the advice to change to a tariff that suits you better.

  • Text 10BUNDLE (for the £10 tariff), 15BUNDLE (for the £15 tariff), 20BUNDLE (for the £20 tariff) or 25BUNDLE (for the £25 tariff) free to 21300
