How long does it take 02 to charge my number

I completed the keep my number form on the O2 website last week and have heard absolutely nothing from them. Is this still working or do I have to phone customer services

You should receive a text almost immediately to the number your are keeping to acknowledge your request and give you a date when the the number will be transferred.
If no text has been received it means the web form didn't work, so try again or call customer services directly.
