I am going to travel for the next month or so and haven't topped up my sim in a month. I was told by someone who is with another provider that her sim was disconnected as she did not make a chargeable call in 2/3 months. Is this also the case with O2? Also, what if I use the sim for data but do not make a charegable call for the same period?
Thanks in advance!

You need to make a chargeable call every 6 months and top up every 999 days.

Hi there,
Welcome to the community. You need to use your phone for a chargeable call every six months, as stated above.
But you're only going away for a couple of months so you should be absolutely fine.
Enjoy your travels,
Charlie.

Hi @Anonymous I have 2 phones. One is PAYG and I keep it topped up for emergencies as such. It always goes with me when I travel abroad frequently....
