How do u take a bolt on off ur tariff?

Can't seem to get it off,when I ring 4444 it doesn't give me an option an have came on my O2 site an still can't do it...

Just be aware now that you will be charged £1 per day that you access any data for anything, so keep mobile data turned off and just use wifi for your data requirements.
