I need to leave o2 after moving and finding out this new house has very little and often no o2 signal even though they reckon it's ok. I don't have a landline so need my mobile.
I've found my next provider but unsure how to go about cancelling, moving and taking my number

My device plan I need to pay £110 off which I found that but not sure how to go about the rest. Thanks in advance

Thank you!
I tried finding something like this but just ended up in circles.

@Bluetooth

Get your PAC from O2 as described in the guide.

Then you give the PAC to your new provider when you start the contract with them. They will then process your number change for you.
