How do I know if my orders been accepted?

Placed an order last night for an Apple Watch, I’m already a pay monthly customer and I received an email saying “thanks for your order it’s now full steam ahead at our end” but nothing else since. Does it go off to be credit checked or will I only receive another email once despatched?

It sounds  normal. It may be credit checked though.  Delivery will be based on whether it's in stock. You will get an email when it's dispatched and you can track in My O2.

Still nothing from them and the up front payment is still pending in my bank. Do you happen to know if I can email them? I know live chat is down & no idea how to make contact with them. Many thanks
