I’ve paid my bill on the 1st may. Why isn’t it been collected and because of this my out going calls blocked through know fault of my own,I’m not happy at this situation o2 has put me in, I’m hoping this is resolved very quick as I’m seriously thinking of leaving o2. Also why did no one try to contact me regarding my bill if it’s still not been paid and I WONT be paying a £3.50 late charge....

I agree it's more than awful O2's systems aren't taking Direct Debits but are cutting you off through no fault of your own!!

@Marjo @Martin-O2 @Chris_K  are you aware of this problem? If not can it be sorted asap as it's a terrible situation.

My contract ends on May 28 and I do not want to upgrade nor do I want to continue with the current tariff. I need to speak with someone to ensure that the contract ends. Please advise.
