First device change using the 90 switch option
Returned as instructed
Confusion as still continuing payments for old device and new device plans
No explanation as to why, old device was passed as perfect condition, customer service when queried that that its on file but accepted as resolved, ive been making double device payments since jan25
Surely this can be explained

I got decline when I went to do Switch UP at Fulham store because system thinks I have too many contract running.
Even the sales agent was surprised as I was no where near my account limit and we can see all the old completed purchase like Nintendo Switch and others still showing up under my account.
This feels like a bait and switch, when I was sold this contract I was under the impression that Switching Up phone would be smooth but now I'm stuck on £100/month contract with main advertised benefit not available to me!

its not bait and switch, its just a pile of poo platform that o2 use, and it needs someone to go in and remove them..
