How do I get a pac code from o2 when I leave to go to another supplier

Anonymous

I want to keep the same number with a new network supplier. All the help on the o2 site is if you are coming in from another supplier to o2. Not surprisingly there is not much help if you want to go the other way!! And the help desk is on a 45 minute wait!! Any clues??

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Phone customer services at a slightly less busier time... Early morning g/afternoon, and ask for the pac code. It will be valid for 30 days. I believe you need to be out of your O2 contract to get a pac code though. Good luck.

Not entirely true. You can request your PAC at any time. If you use it, and move to another network, you are still liable for the months remaining on your O2 contract, and would be billed for them accordingly.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
