My tariff charges per MMS message and I don't want any - I accidentally downloaded one and was charged. How do I ensure these messages are blocked?

Yes. Just create a new SMS message.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You should not be charged for downloading an MMS only for sending.

Interesting. After I received an MMS message for the first time a month ago which I tried not to download but accidentally did, I was charged 65p for 'Media Messages'. So far as I know I didn't send one. What might have happened there?

If you replied to the mms it would send as an mms too.

Ah! I suspect that was it. So rather than replying to that message directly, should I have created a new message instead?
