hi, ive finished paying off my device and i no longer have it so i dont need the simm card that came with it. how do i cancel the simm card so im not paying for something im not using. thank you

You dont actually cancel the sim, you cancel the whole contract (unless you are on a sim only contract)

from the guide im assuming you need the device and the simm card to use the STAC code. i no longer have either. how do get in touch with o2

To cancel you will need to call Customer Services on 0344 809 0202 and speak to an advisor.
