Please help! I receive maybe 2 texts per month saying I have used up all my data, but when I log into the o2 app I still have loads left (50+ GB)

Is there any way to solve this?

If you have additional bonus or offer data the system will automatically notify you when you use up your basic data amount.

That's how it's set up and cannot be altered.

Ah ok, this would make sense! I think my plan comes with around 8GB and I have an additional 70GB.
