My mums bill has been paid dd. All day today she can’t call or txt as saying called failed ect. Tried to phone o2 but keep getting cut off. My mum is in isolation and is poorly. She has no way to get in contact with anyone. What can we do

I am a current long standing O2 customer. I have been paying way over the odds on my data plan. I want to cancel it and start a new 100GB plan on offer but don't want to purchase yet in case it leaves me paying two bills.

If you upgrade it will replace your old contract automatically.

Thank you for the quick response. I have gone ahead with the change and it all seems to be ok. I didn't have much info to go by so I wasn't sure.
