Has my upgrade been accepted?

I upgraded earlier to the iPhone 5s gold and have to wait 3-6 weeks for delivery which is fine. But I was wondering if I've been accepted now like passed a credit check if there was one? I had an email which told me to login to O2 to sign the credit agreement form and terms and conditions of contract and then I paid the £47 to upgrade to refresh. So does this mean I'm fine? slight_smile x

Hi Benbanana,

 

 

Damien advice is correct that normally a Credit Check is not undertaken on Upgrades and as long as your payments on your Contract were all ok you should be fine.

 

However,

 

If your still a bit unsure and want reassurance then either ring Customer Services on 202 and be prepared for a wait due to the iphone launch or use Live Chat and they will hopefully confirm all is ok and on track with your order.

As far as I'm aware there is no credit check on upgrades
