02 Refresh - PLEASE HELP - WORRIED!

Hi All.

I had heard about 02 refresh and wanted to upgrade to a newer iphone, so I visted the 02 refresh page once signed into my account, it clearly states that it is now available online...happy days i thought, in my account overview it said it would cost 195.00 to buy out and start a new..no problem, went through all the steps to setup asked for my mobile number..and order new iphone, BUT...it now appears that I have a new contract all together, with the remaining one still in place! Arrrggh!! Not happy. Surely the whole idea of refresh...is to REFRESH your current contract.

I am worried as I have now recieved all the emails saying the order is in process, but at no point has the 195.00 been taken and when I log in to my 02 it says nothing about the upgrade and still says I can upgrade to 02 refresh by calling or visiting a shop!! Oh dear...now very confused.

If this is the case, the website and routes to upgrade are VERY misleading. Any help appreciated..do you think I can call them tomorrow and just pay the 195 notes with debit/credit card and cancel the previous contract?

Thanks in advance!
