Hi
I've just upgraded my phone and part of the package was £10 Google play reward. Can anyone confirm how I receive this? My parcel arrived today and says it should have a Google play leaflet in it but it doesn't 😞 Does this mean I'm missing a code to redeem, or does it get credited via my bill? Thanks

to be honest though it's a pretty poor show that it is shown on the website if website orders are not valid

so i have just re read the T&C and it appears that now it appears that telesales items are not eligible for the £50 voucher 

 

i feel sure it didnt say that originally but there is no revision date on them 

 

my complaint with 02 still stands as according to the webchat with customer services i was due to recieve one 

 

here is a few snippets of the chats 

 

O2: thanks Malcolm
malcolm stephenson : so my 14 day cooling off period lapsed on friday i contacted 02 friday night and was told to wait until sunday then told to wait again until
yesterday
O2 : Please give me a few minutes while I check this for you.
malcolm stephenson : ok thank you
O2 : Thanks for waiting
O2 : Malcolm, I suggest you wait 1 or 2 days, you'll get the code
malcolm stephenson : but i have been told that twice already i get the feeling i am being fobbed off
O2 : Please be assured Malcolm
O2 : Soon you'll get this voucher
O2 : I've checked from my end.
malcolm stephenson : ok so assuming it does not arrive by say thursday i will be back in touch
O2 : You'll get this voucher at the end of this week
O2 : This I'm assuring you.
malcolm stephenson : hmm we will see.......... thanks for your help i'll end the chat now
O2 : Great
O2 : Thanks
O2 : Have a good day ahead.

so a week later i had another chat 

 

O2 : Thanks for waiting

O2 : I have checked and can see that the your amount of £50.00 request has been raised to the dedicated team and you will require to call them and they will
arrange this for you .
O2 : Shall I help you with the numbers ?
malcolm stephenson : yes please i am a bit annoyed that i was told it would come via a sms link to priority
O2 : I understand your point and it has been already resolved you will just require to call to the priority application team for this , They will help you with the
voucher .
O2 : I have put the notes on the account for this

i have raised this to a official complaint with 02 i studied the T&C originally and i am pretty sure it applied to all listed handsets from 02 regardless of how it was ordered although it does not read that now
