Getting charged for pics.

Hi folks...new on here so go easy on me please. Oh, and i'm not very savvy with new technology lol.

I have just upgraded to the Samsung j5, but looking at my bill i am getting charged for sending pics. I haven't got a clue why, never had that with my old phone.

It worked for me @dodie06 so yes you can safely say it's an idiots guide . Basically it tells you how sending pictures converts into multi media messaging....and they are chargeable....

OK, i've got the thing with the APN's...first one says...o2 mobile web and has a green dot thing.

second one say's 02 MMS but no green dot...sorry but now i'm lost.
