Getting charged for pics.

Hi folks...new on here so go easy on me please. Oh, and i'm not very savvy with new technology lol.

 

I have just upgraded to the Samsung j5, but looking at my bill i am getting charged for sending pics. I haven't got a clue why, never had that with my old phone.

It worked for me @dodie06 so yes you can safely say it's an idiots guide LOL. Basically it tells you how sending pictures converts into multi media messaging....and they are chargeable....

OK, i've got the thing with the APN's...first one says...o2 mobile web and has a green dot thing.

 

second one say's 02 MMS but no green dot...sorry but now i'm lost.
