Tariff confusion

Hi  Im brand new to 02 & must say not very impressed, I get an offer in email box - which despite promises has yet to materialise  -  one thing that puzzles me after topping up with £10 and only using texts to 02 - I would like to know how come ALL of y minutes have disappeared!!!!!  this can only mean 02 charges me each time I open

the phone - is this correct/legal?  Apart from sorting phone to my needs nothing else has happened, now I cannot use the phone unless I topup my topup  Wildmabs70

I can only assume something has gone wrong or you are misreading some info.
What does it say in your MyO2?

You may have used up a pro rata allowance which you will start to receive a full allowance next time

I was thinking about the payg big bundle allowances unless they don't get a pro rata? I've never used a big bundle so I'm just throwing out suggestions

No pro rata with PAYG. You top up and allowances start immediately.
