There appears to be no actual support from O2, maybe this will work. I recently did a top-up on a Pay As You Go SIM. I'd like to see if i can get a proper receipt instead of just an email. I tried the Contact Us page but it's just loops round - if you click Contact Us it takes you back to the same page. How do I request an invoice?

Sorry but O2 don't issue receipts/invoices for top ups. Email and bank statements are usually considered sufficent forms of receipt.

To view bills you need to be registered on Myo2, if this doesnt work then you have to request one from o2 via calling the Pay and Go team on 0344 809 0202

"View latest airtime bill" isn't there. Phoning is a waste of time, they're only answering urgent calls.
