What is going on with this network?

I am sitting in a city centre with full bars on 5G, 4G and 4G+, yet according to my phone I am not connected! How is this even possible? o2 say there's no faults and I've tried restarting and clearing caches etc. I'm stuck with this useless bunch of incompetent nuggets for another 2 years, unless I can find some kind of legal loophole to get out.

Have you tried checking your SIM in a different phone, @NoSignal24 - to see if it may be a phone fault or a SIM issue?

Guide: Is the network down for me or everyone? may help. Good luck!

You cant get out of the contract as the terms and conditions are quite clear (and same as all networks) they dont guarantee coverage or data speeds or 100% uptime...

You can always pay off your handset if on refresh or pay off your airtime and leave... Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
