I want to pay off and cancel my current contract, as I want to upgrade to a sim only dead on uswitch (still o2) i want to transfer my number over also. Can you please help me with this?

Sim Swap

I have been sent a new sim to swap over and the instructions state a text will be sent to me to swap it over however how do i receive this if i the new sim card is not working and i have no signal? doesn’t make sense please help

Want to upgrade Disney to Premium

Hello. Last month I signed for 6 months of Disney+ (standard). However I would like to upgrade to Premium but on the 'Manage this Extra' is greyed out and I cannot change this. Can I not upgrade within the 6 months initial period? Thanks
