My iPhone 11 upgrade has just arrived and the sim from my iPhone7 doesn’t fit. I’m unable to get through to customer services or anyone who can help me sort this. I have a very expensive upgrade with no means of using it. If I cannot resolve this, I will have to cancel the upgrade and send the item back. Can anyone help. I need the right size sim and to be able to port my existing O2 mobile number across.

I think others have said it goes in the other way up on the 11.
@MI5 they both take the same size sim don't they?

Yes, both are nano Sims but it goes in the 11 upside down when compared to the 7.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
