Faulty SIM

Hi,
My SIM card seems to be damaged. It’s displaying as Invalid Sim and I’ve tried it in another device and it’s doing the same thing. With the current state of things i really need access to a phone. Please can someone let me know how i go about ordering one?

You will need to call them. They are closed tomorrow so it will have to be Monday now

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

I have the same problems. None of the numbers above work as they will give you no option speak with an advisor. Eventually you will get the info about Coronavirus and prioritizing volnurable customers. Joke as their shop online is fully manned...

The online shop is not fully manned as you state. It's an automated ordering process.

For your information, people have got through on the numbers given. However they are closed today and open from 10am tomorrow.

0800 587 4005 this particular number is the one which has the most success.

Thank you for that. I've been trying to contact them since 4th of April. Tried numbers above, Facebook, website, Aura... I gave up on ringing but if you are saying the numbers work now I will try again. I am a patient person but everybody has got limits😯
