My phone was restricted but when the restriction was lifted my sim no longer worked, after going back and forth with O2 I finally requested an eSim but I am being advised to go sign into My O2.

My phone is saying No Service, how do I get an OTAC to enable sign in

You'll probably need to go in store with photo ID if you can't get into the app or online My O2

eSIM - How to activate

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You can also add a second number to your account so codes can be sent to that in future.

Once in your MyO2, goto your details and contact preferences to add it there.

It can be any mobile on any network.
