Change phone contract to sim only

Hi, my contract is up soon and I’m looking to change from my normal monthly contract to a sim only contract. The upgrade section doesn’t give me the option to change to sim only... can you help please? Thanks!

@Paris Have you looked on your MyO2 page?

Try doing it online on a PC, if it doesn't give you the option of sim only then you will only be able to upgrade to a hgher tariff unless you have a flex tariff.
