I am currently on the £10 big bundle tariff and requested to change to simply pay as you go. I have changed my mind but can't find out how to cancel the change and stay on the tariff I am on. I have a Microsoft Lumia.

How long do you need to have been on a 20mb plan before being eligible for a 12m upgrade? Can you have started on a 10mb 24m plan, change to a 20mb plan after 9m and still get an upgrade after 12m?
