Everytime I click on to 'My O2' then 'View/Pay Bill' this message keeps coming up:
My O2 section of the o2.co.uk site is not accessible

This is the first time I have used a pay monthly contract and I really dont know what to do. It's my first bill. Do I have a certain amount of time before I need to pay it? When will this fault be fixed. I have been trying for the past 3 days.

I would have thought you would have a direct debit set up so they take the payment automatically.
If not I would phone 2729 from your mobile and make the payment.
If that doesn't work call them on 202.
You will have had 14 days notice followed by a payment date, which is the day it must be paid.
Failure to pay can lead to it being cut off and often a delay getting re-connected.
