Like others I too have problems with a port of my old Virgin Media number to O2. I submitted the PAC before Christmas and was told the port would happen on the 28th. Port hadn't completed by the 29th so I rang and was promised a resolution by 6pm that day to no avail. The old SIM no longer works and with the new SIM I have a "SIM 1 not provisioned" notification and get a "Not registered on network" error if I try and dial a number. If I call the number from another phone I just get two beeps and a disconnect. I rang O2 CS today at 10:25 and was told they would escalate to the back office and they would keep me informed on my spare number but have heard nothing since.
Can anyone help? Would really appreciate it!

Have you tried resetting your network settings?
