O2 say things are happening at around midnight but can't tell me what!!! I'm asleep then. Advice was turn off mobile data at home!!!  But why should I??  When I'm on WiFi it shouldn't use mobile data!!!! Any advice???

@Kazzy33 In Mobile data scroll down to current period, underneath that is the list of apps you are using. Turn off the ones you don’t need or use when you have data switched on

Slide the switch off for facebook and it will stop it using your data allowance.

Indeed, we all know that Facebook is terrible for consuming loads of data, along with all the other social media apps such as Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr etc.

Each update uses more data than the last. Wonder if we could start calling them rogue apps? 😂

It is as far as I'm concerned.
I deleted Facebook 2 years ago and apart from saving data I also save loads of battery life.
On the rare occasion I go on Facebook now, I just use my browser.
