You have 2 options to get an esim pack:
1. Nip into your local o2 store with Photo ID and they can do the sim swap there and then
2. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this, and when you have the sim follow this guide Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
