I am a new O2 customer and had asked for my new sim contract to be sent thru as an ESIM. Today I get a nromal sim. So I use the number as suggested on the webiste to contact you and the call attendenat service just cuts you off. There is nothing on your website to ask you to do this either which I find shocking. Could somebody please just tell me how I convert the sim to an esim ( as per my request when ordering ) or I may as well cancel the contract.
I guess I have 14 days and counting to get a resolotion.

keep trying and choose any option
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
