can not ring out or txt anyone

hi been having problems where i can not ring out at all no dial tone noting also txt messages keep coming back as error , i ahve done a check to see if there is any work reports going on in out area but shows all is ok . cant get hold of o2 via phone...

30 days notice

I want to cancel both my contracts with 02 they end this month but i dont have the sim cards to text to cancel also there is no one to one chat to talk to any one so how do i go about it ?

I Had my phone connected to wifi when iOS 13 was installed, But when I checked the mobile data usage on my handset it says it’s increased by 24gb is this a glitch or has it used 4g to update?

Late payment

I am struggling to pay my bill due to being furlowed and need to speak to o2 about this as its my only way of contacting my elderly parents during this critical time please help as I don't wish to get cut off or blocked
